Been There, Built That
Licensed Florida general contractor serving from the Nature Coast to Tampa Bay — custom homes, remodeling, outdoor kitchens, and the trim and millwork most contractors can’t touch.
Service area: Nature Coast to Tampa Bay — Crystal River to St. Petersburg. Projects outside the core area are considered case-by-case. See the coverage map →
We’re not built around a single specialty or a rigid formula. Most contractors want jobs that fit their established playbook — if yours doesn’t, they’re not interested. Built That thrives where others can’t deliver: it is our belief that technology can never replace talent, and it shows in the custom work we build by hand. That said, if a manufacturer catalog fits your budget better, we’ll build with that instead — the goal is giving you the option most contractors don’t, not forcing custom on everyone.
